How about that, some plain old common sense.
Just take the Chinese Gov and the US gov out of the picture and we could get on with Trade and Business. Thanks Mike.

Thanks for your input Bill! You bring up two very good points. The iPhone developers are very parental. If you like to program, code or write games, the Droids are your best choice. Additionally, when you consider their diminutive size, the audio output of both phones is great. There are literally hundreds of aftermarket devices to amplify the sound output. Personally I run mine through a 600 watt powered mixer board and two 15 inch PA speakers.

Thanks Nick,
Mac really did take the time to analyse what is easiest for their customer. Which is an outstanding sales statagy-in fact I recently bought a Mac laptop based on my iPhone experience.

Thanks for the informative post! I do like my Droid X but I always wonder what I am missing. For those who like to code, the Droid X is great for developing your own apps using Java. Sound quality is very good too.. I keep my mp3 library on the phone so it is available anytime I'm in the car.
I hear the Apple App Store has more choices than the Droid Marketplace.. There seems to be a little broader offerings for Apple apps than Droid apps. But the Droid is catching up quickly.

I have the iphone 3 and I love it. One thing I would recommend they change is the texting keyboard. It's a touchy and slower than having physical keys you can press.

I'm a Mac person. I love the simplicity. I would be curious to mess around with a droid for a day or two. I did use one about a year ago. It was a motorola...I did not like it at all. Being a MAC person, i'm partial to the thought process and ease of use. PC's seem clunky to me...I'm open to checkin out the droid though.

You draw a vivid picture of your experiences, Michael. I agree with Lynn, and think you should seriously consider writing. I know I'd read your memoirs... after all, I've missed about 20 years of your life, haven't I? :)
